Contactless Estimates

Estimates

Clients can request a contactless estimate. The client simply has to let us know they would like a contactless estimate and we will schedule a time to look at the project. However, most projects can typically be quoted via photos, drawings, etc. If the estimate requires entry into a client’s home, office or construction site we will keep a minimum 2-meter distance from anyone at the property at all times. We practice frequent hand washing and hand sanitizing when hand washing is not possible.

Safe Job Site Practices

We have implemented strict safety measures in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our employees and sub trades are required to keep a minimum 2-meter distance from any persons on the job site. All employees and sub trades are required to practice frequent hand washing and hand sanitizing when hand washing is not possible. Any employees experiencing flu like symptoms are required to stay home.

We also ask clients to postpone their projects if they are experiencing flu like symptoms, if they have been in contact with someone experiencing flu like symptoms, or if they have been out of the country recently (within the last 14 days).

Contactless Payments

Clients can make contactless payments by mailing a cheque or making a credit card payment online/over the phone. Receipts are paperless and sent by email.

Reduced Office Hours and Staff

To reduce contact within the company as much as possible, we have reduced our office staff to 1 person in the office area at a time. Our warehouse staff must keep a minimum 2-meter distance from anyone at all times. Frequent sanitizing of workstations and hand washing are strictly enforced.
