Terms and Conditions of Service
For the purposes of this agreement, “Client” and “Customer” and “Client/Customer” are used interchangeably. The “Company” refers to West Arc Welding.
If the Client/Customer uses any of the Company’s services, the Customers are bound to the Terms and Conditions outlined herein. It is the Customer’s responsibility to assume that these Terms and Conditions exist and these should be read and understood by the Customer prior to using the Company’s services.
The Company retains all rights to creative materials produced by the Company. Please read more information on Canadian Copyright Law to be fully informed.
Any fees quoted by the Company are for the original job description as presented by the Client/Customer. Any subsequent changes, whether made orally or in writing, may result in additional charges. Estimates are made in good faith regarding the time and expenses the Company anticipates being involved. Any errors and omissions made may be charged at our discretion.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the Client shall make full payment on receipt of the invoice. Payment may be made by credit card, e-transfer, cash, or cheque.

The Client/Customer hereby indemnifies and holds the Company harmless against any and all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from the Customer’s use of the Company’s work.
